"Enopc Petrochemicals" is a Bahraini joint stock
company  established in 1427 AH
corresponding to 2006 AD.

"Enopc Petrochemicals" has investments in two  joint ventures for ethylene and polyethylene.

In addition to its two existing projects, "Enopc Petrochemicals" intends to invest in three
new projects that are currently under establishment. The projects are the company's vinyl
chloride project, the company's acrylic monomer project, and the superabsorbent polymers
project.

"Enopc Petrochemicals" contributes to and supervises the establishment and creation of several limited liability companies in the Industrial City, with the participation of Arab and foreign companies that possess modern expertise and technologies; For the purpose of producing and marketing petrochemical and chemical products such as polypropylene, ethylene and polyethylene

industrial edifice to reach, God willing, the planned goals.

There is a lot of effort and follow-up in order to implement these projects according to the approved  schedules for their implementation, as Ennopec Petrochemical Company does not only rely on  ensuring returns from its industrial investments in the field of petrochemicals, but also shows great interest in its most valuable and influential assets, which are human resources. Therefore, the company has designed comprehensive and advanced programs to employ and establish highly qualified and professional Saudi cadres, especially since the process of developing the staff and raising their skills is considered vital to raising the level of performance.

البتروكيماوية والهيدرو كربونية الأخرى.
وتنفذ المشروعات اللازمة لتزويدها بمتطلباتها من المواد الخام والمنافع

العوامل المساعدة على تحقيق أهداف الشركة وأيضا الموقع الاستراتيجي لـ "إنوبك للبتروكيماويات"
بالقرب من مصادر الطاقة والمواد الخام  والتسهيلات اللوجستية، وتركز الشركة على اختيار التقنيات ذات المنتج الجيد

المنتجات:
البولي بروبلين: وهي المادة التي تمثل البلاستيك الصلب وشبه المرن، والذي يدخل في تصنيع العلب البلاستيكية كحافظات للأطعمة، وحافظات للمواد المنظفة، وسيستخدم أيضا في لعب الأطفال، وكمستوعبات للأجهزة الكهربائية الخفيفة. كما يستخدم أيضا في الأنابيب لما يمثله من إعتمادية عالية وقدرة على التحمل.

تفخر شركة إنوبك للبتروكيماويات وشركاتها التابعة ولله الحمد
  بإنتهاجها خطى ثابتة نحو تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة في إستكمال مسيرة
بناء هذا الصرح الصناعي الكبير للوصول بإذن الله تعالى للأهداف المخططة .
  فثمة الكثير من الجهد و المتابعة من أجل  تنفيذ
تلك المشاريع طبقا للجداول  المعتمدة لتنفيذها حيث لا تعتمد شركة إنوبك للبتروكيماويات على ضمان تحقيق عوائد من إستثماراتها
الصناعية في مجال البتروكيماويات فحسب، بل تبدي أيضاً اهتماماً كبيراً لأهم أصولها قيمة وتأثيراً ألا وهي الموارد البشرية ،
لذا صممت الشركة برامج شاملة ومتطورة لتوظيف وتثبيت كوادرعالية الكفاءة والمهنية لاسيما وأن عملية  تطوير الكادر
الوظيفي ورفع مهاراته يعتبر أمراً حيوياً لرفع مستوى الأداء.

هيكلها التنظيمي السلس والمتكيف مع التنامي السريع لحجم أعمالها،
خططها الإستراتيجية بعيدة المدى وذات الجدوى السريعة والفعالة.

إسمنا من البيئة المحلية التضاريسية والثقافية  العربية أخذنا في
إنوبك للبتروكيماويات وجد إنسان هذه المنطقة في الصحراء
شفافية لامست شغاف قلبه . فرغم بساطة العيش إلا أن الوضوح
كان جوهر كل شيء، وأصبحت المصداقية عنوانا لهذا الإنسان،
فتطبعت أخلاقه على الكرم   والنزاهة في المعاملة والإلتزام بالمباديء والمثل السامية،
كل ذلك مثّل لهذا الإنسان ميثاق شرف عليه يحيا وعليه يموت.


وقد شكلت اؤنا برمالها الذهبية وتعرجاتها البديعة  وحاثاً على طلب العلم، مشرّعاً بالعدل والقيم النيرة، وباعثاً لفجر جديد
يبزغ على ، يحمل في طياته نبل السماحة،


حين منّ الله جل جلاله على إنسان هذه الأرض، بإكتشاف النفط بكميات هائلة تحت الرمال العربية، ليبدأ موعد طفرة إقتصادية مهولة، وعجلة تنمية مستديمة لإنسان هذه الأرض. فكان للنفط الدور الرئيس في تطور أسلوب المعيشة

هذه البلاد الإستمرار في تنمية جميع المجالات، وكانت إحدى الخطوات الجريئة هي إستغلال تلك الثروة المصاحبة للنفط، الغاز الطبيعي ليدخل في إنتاج العديد من المنتجات البتروكيماوية والكيماوية،

حيث قامت حكومة  بالتخطيط تمهيداً لقيام أضخم المشاريع والمرافق لإنتاج الكيماويات والبتروكيماويات.

وهنا، قامت حكومة  بفتح المجال للقطاع الخاص بالإستثمار في ثاني قطاعات الإنتاج الوطني أهمية، ألا وهو قطاع البتروكيماويات ،وقد آثرنا الإنضمام لهذا الركب كي نسهم في  هذا الوطن المعطاء.

ما هو الإسم الرسمي والتجاري للشركة ؟
الإسم الرسمي للشركة هو: "شركة إنوبك للبتروكيماويات"
أما الإسم التجاري فهو "إينوبك " .

ما هو نشاط "إنوبك للبتروكيماويات" ؟
يتمثل في تملك وتطوير وبناء وتشغيل مصانع للبتروكيماويات
عن طريق شركات متخصصة لإنتاج البتروكيماويات والكيماويات،
وخاصة إنتاج البروبلين والبولي بروبلين، والإيثيلين والبولي إثيلين ومشتقاتها.

متى تأسست "إنوبك للبتروكيماويات" ؟
تأسست "إنوبك للبتروكيماويات"  بتاريخ  2006 م، وتبلغ مدة الشركة 99 عاما.

هي مبادرة تطوعية من قبل العديد من الشركات الكيميائية  في جميع أنحاء العالم لمناقشة
مخاوف المجتمع وتساءلاتهم  حول تصنيع , توزيع , وإستخدام المواد الكيميائية.
تختلف  عناصر المبادرة بين الجمعيات الوطنية والصناعات الكيماوية،
ولكن كلها تتفق في توجهها نحو رؤية واحدة بدون حوادث ،  أو إصابات أو ضرر للبيئة.
